Legacy BC (T5, T6, T6.5) Raiding, mid-Sept

Postby Illithias » Mon Aug 23, 2010 8:36 pm

Hey all. I'm taking some time off in mid-September, and while I have some time off which coincides with afternoon/evening server-time, I thought I'd set up some Legacy BC raids, for fun, achievements, and Phoenix mounts.

Things are still in the planning stages thus far, so I'm open to scheduling changes and ideas. Currently, my plans are as follows;

Serpentshrine Cavern / Tempest Keep
Saturday, September 17th (Sunday, September 18th AU) from 5:30(ish)pm server
~2 hours

CoT:Hyjal / Black Temple
Sunday, September 19th (Monday, September 20th AU) from from 5:30(ish)pm server
~3 hours

Sunwell
Monday, September 20th (Tuesday, September 20th AU) from from 5:30(ish)pm server (assuming no downtime related happenstances)
~1 hour (srsly)

Ideally, I'd like to take about 20ish level 80s in with, for optimal running. I'd prefer geared 80s for achievements/fun, but don't mind people bringing lower leveled characters or loot sponges, assuming we get a raid together able to stomp the instances none the less.

I know the second and third days aren't terribly idea for Oceanic players who want to run - my apologies. If there's a huge desire for the times to be more AU friendly, I may look at reschedulement if possible.

Loot will probably just be done on the fly. I will ninja any Phoenix mounts or Twin Blades which drop, I am not even kidding. /gquit /hearth

It'll be a laid-back, fun environment - there will be Vent, I may be drunk. I'll be on holiday.

If you want to come along, post here or message me somehow and let me know, and I'll keep a running tally of how we're looking. If you have any suggestions/opinions/recommendations/requests, let me know as well.

Here's hoping for some great Legacy achievement raids!

Put me as a tentative - more likely for Friday & Monday than Sunday, unless my D&D is canceled that day.
Now hang me by this golden noose
'Cause I never been nothin' but your golden goose
Silver tongue don't fail me now
And I'll make my way back to you somehow

Put Delion down for all three, pending work schedule.

If you'd like, I can bring Avers and the girls. They're not geared, but it'd be five 80s to deeps.

I will see what I can do, depending on how bad school load is.

Depending on workstuffs, count me in too. I like acheesements. And the possibility of seeing Sunwell. And beating the ever-loving piss out of Illidan's Council again. Fuck those guys.

Slight change due to IRL event plannage - but hey! Now they're all on consecutive days, right?

I'd totally be up for these. Might have to be late to the Sunday: Rose meeting and all.
