Setbacks happen. Whether it's a minor plateau (which, even at 300, do occur) or just a bad week, the only thing to do is get over it and keep on pushing.

How is the training program coming along?
Avers: My God, the Anals o Darrowshire is a pain in the ass when you have four chicks who need it.

Sorry for never answering that. In all honesty, the training program completely died: I found the more I exercised, the less weight I lost. I build muscle incredibly fast.

However... HEY WAIT WHY AM I RESPONDING TO THIS NEARLY TWO MONTHS LATER?

OH, THAT'S RIGHT. I MIGHT HAVE SUCCEEDED.

I did it. I DID IT. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY I DID IT

Okay, so. Today, I'm totally enjoying(not going crazy, but enjoying) my Christmas meal(s). Tomorrow starts the next goal: Another 60 lost by next Christmas. I'll hope for 80, but I'll settle at that 60.
