I wrote the story for a video game

Post by uthas »

That game is now available in the iTunes store for the iPhone. It's called Spires. 99 cents, it's a great buy, very fun, go buy it! Also, spread the word!

Sadly, no. Maybe for future projects, but they looked into porting it for this one, and it wasn't worthwhile.

So what you're telling me is my droid is unwelcome?

It's not the Droid you're looking for... if you want to be able to play this game.

Loved this game. Well worth the meager price, just for the writing alone. I wish there would have been maybe three more campaigns to let the character development breathe a little, but all in all very solid and classic storytelling, with some interesting social quandries thrown in for good measure.

As a tower defense game, it adds a lot of strategic and story based elements that have long been missing from the genre and help bring it to another level. My one request for the developers? As much as I love the dialogue and the voice acting is top notch, I need a way to skip it for the 3rd-100th times I play the level. Can't wait for the next chapter!

Is it just the five quests? I can't even unlock the Epilouge.

The Epilogue not unlocking is a bug, which will be fixed in the next patch >.>

There are 2 more 5 chapter acts for the main story, but sales will determine if they are ever released. So, we'll see :)
