I'm actually banking on a Fallout MMO over Elder Scrolls.
Bethseda had a near-decade long court battle with Interplay for the rights to a Fallout MMORPG license, and recently won the battle around the turn of the year. I can totally see that announcement happening.

IDK about Fallout or Elder Scrolls, but if they ever announce a Mass Effect MMO, I would kill every single one of you to play it. And never regret a thing.

It's definitely true. According to his post on the Rose boards, Rhel--any of you remember Rhel?--has actually been working on it.
