Old School Raids and Magical Adventure.

Postby Dravir » Fri Apr 24, 2009 3:52 pm

When we first started this humble endeavour, it was to A) Get Fells some gear, and B) hit those old world instances that some of us (namely me) had never seen when they were current content. As various people came and went, it was clear that there was more interest in this than previously hinted at, and for a broader scope of things than just Blackwing Lair and Molten Core.

As we revive this thread for the new year, and revive (hopefully!) the Wednesday raiding schedule, I'd like to include a desire to see the places that we still haven't seen. People would still love to give Illidan a good teeth-kicking, or engage in fisticuffs with that Kil'Jaeden fellow. Kill off C'Thun, burn some AQ bugs, that sort of thing.

So.

Weekly, Wednesday, starting at roughly 6pm server. If we do not have the numbers for some places (Black Temple requires about 12 people still to be really comfortably run) we'll hit up other places we can run. I'll update weekly as to the status of the next run, and potential absences so someone can take over the organization of the raid if needed.

Hope to see you there!

That is right, folks! Magical adventures!

I suspect Fells would like the Bloodfang set that is hidden away there, and for myself, I'm keen on getting my hands on some Judgement stuff. We're looking for volunteers to help us through what I remember as being spoken of only in tones of bitter rage and nerdy TPK-rants. But I hear it is a lot easier with these "level 80's" people have nowadays.

Anyways, I've no set night in mind yet, but is anyone interested in donating to the Fells Phat Lewt cause? It'd be much appreciated.

Also, if you wanted the old tier gear, but never went around to get it, now is your chance!

Sure, what the hell. ::chuckles:: I got an 80 Mage who wouldn't mind Netherwind for the hell of it, and an 80 Paladin who is a Draenei and would look silly in Judgment so would pass on that but come for the fun. ;)

I've never been in BWL ever. I'd love to help. I'm good on Mondays.

I'd be down with helping, gotta see if Beltar's even attuned. He's Onyxia attuned, but I'm not sure about BWL.

If I am on, and this is happening, what the hell, count me in. This could be good times.

I'm good for Mondays or Sundays. I can heal or tank. Never been past Vael, so am anxious to see how it rocks.

Have to figure in a MC run or a few eventually, to get pantz.

If I happen to be around, I'd love to get in on the fun, too.
