Gus is good to go!

Vinsk'll probably take another week (For both snagging his last level and a half and getting a set of Ornate Saronite + a bunch of other platey healy gear together.)
Never tell people how to do things. Tell them what to do and they will surprise you with their ingenuity.

If you need some Ornate Saronite gear, I have a full set just sitting around in my guild vault from back when I was still leveling Gryph and considering getting more in to PvP. Things didn't pan out in the end, and I've recently been considering disenchanting it all. But if you have use for it, I'd be happy to donate it. :D

Invites start at 5:00 server every week, with hopes of being started by 5:30, 6:00 at the latest.
