Totally Hivemind 5/23

Postby Chrystenise » Thu May 21, 2009 12:34 am

Sorry for the late post, been getting over the blahs and finally got around to it.

We're gonna try and start advancing this weekend, and want people to bring what they can, as we wish to see Ulduar in a realistic amount of time. Invites will start at roughly 5:00 server, with hops of pulling before 6:00.

1. -Abby1 Varenna: Main Tank
2. -Abby2 Carystin: Heals
3. Shaila: DPS
4. Norvallen: DPS
5. Beltar: DPS
6. Nykkolaia: DPS
7. Jolstraer: Off-Tank
8. Gustavf: DPS
9. Haemon: Heals
10. Chelody: Heals

Extremely yes.

I'm looking to switch Lans out for Norvallen, at some point, too. Probably won't be ready this weekend because I haven't been able to be on all week, to run her through some much-needed Heroics, but the next one may be more feasible if I can pull that off.

While I'd love to have her be an off-tank, that ain't happening anytime soon. So, is there a no-contest "best" DPS Death Knight spec? Or can all trees serve as such? I'd like to keep her more or less Blood-bent, but am willing to go with anything that's proven to work.

The deficient mage is available. Or, if folks are willing to help me run some heroics before then, the Pally could be geared for use.

I have standard Gus-o-matic available, or a healy Vinsk (Though he's not in great gear... Needs a better healyshield, but I'm working on that!-)
Never tell people how to do things. Tell them what to do and they will surprise you with their ingenuity.

I'm game. Maybe I can finish my tank set. More than likely finish my healing set first, though. :mutter:

Jolly is our new main heal!!!!!!! \o/

And Lans, to my understanding, blood is extremely high DPS right now. You might wanna head over to EJ's think tank and look up their post on blood spec DPS. To my understanding Uthas is also blood spec and pulling extremely nice numbers as well, so he might have some insight for you too.

As far as bringing her goes, put together a full savage saronite set, and conjure up a decent weapon, and we can bring her. We want people on a raid main ASAP as we're looking to make a rush towards Ulduar within the next month or two, and the sooner the better.

I would tank you, but I don't think Mia would appreciate putting 'Killed by Deathgina' on my tombstone.

If heals are needed, Haemon can fill in this week.
