Most of these are already made characters, I come more offering them up in case anyone wants someone for RP.

Aleros

His Brother, Xionn Grimskull, Separated at the sundering, Xionn spent his life as a privateering sea man. He's now retired and doesn't have much of a story, just a wanderer. It would be nice to RP him but I haven't had much inspiration to bring him out yet.

Fogrum, the humble, Fogrum was a short story arc I had as a reason for Ale going into Blackrock Depths. The Dark Irons had kidnapped a spirit of nature, specifically a mountain spirit so he could not protect his mountain and they could mine it out. Aleros found Fogrum within the depths and freed him, at which point Fogrum promptly brought about his wrath upon the Dark Irons mining out his mountain in Dun Morogh. He owed Aleros a favor, to which Aleros only took him up on when his step-daughter needed an escort through Outland. His story is inactive at the moment.

"The Council", various crazy druids that work with Ale, or worked with him. They believe in the ultimate balance of forces within the universe. They are just crazy, really all druids are.

Dravir has been having a tough time; a bad Booty Bay poker game and too many sulferon slammers landed him in the company of a merc group called Rev's Reavers, under a contract that indentures him for life or until he's repaid a monsterous debt.

Odurd Liew
Goblin Businessman - The Boss
Lacking in stature and fighting prowess, Odurd makes up in his ability to make coin rapidly travel hands. Little is known about where it came from, but some of his mercenaries seem convinced he was once one of the merchant Princes of Undermine- which might be attested to the fact that he is a flawless lier. He currently holds no formal standing in Goblin society but maintains his business through any means needed. After studying market trends for some time he came to the conclusion that War is Profit and pointed his small corp north. Making fun of his name sounding similar to the word 'odor' is grounds for getting a pair of broken legs, if you are lucky.

"Wrapsie" Ik'xkrala
Etheral Trader
Seeing the possibility in a dreamland business partnership with the Cartel, someone working under the Nexus King sent Ik'xkrala to join up with Odurd. Odurd has not endeared himself to the ethereal at all, starting with an absurd nickname and only getting worse from there. Odurd is either oblivious to how much Wrapsie loathes him, or simply doesn't care. Wrapsie generally keeps to himself. The fact that he sleeps in a jar surrounded by his own wrappings tends to creep most of the corp out. The only thing the rest of the corps knows for certain is that if they let him die, their contracts are extended indefinately.

Snaga Bagnorn
Orc Warrior
Snaga is a tall and imposing male orc, who tends to bother the rest of his comrades with his insistence to wear nothing but gloves and boots. His hungry gaze betrays a somewhat stunning intellect. He speaks some broken common. Lacking the malicious streak of some of the corp, he tends to show more mercy when handling situations where it may not always be warranted. Anyone who knows what Bagnorn means in orcish will also know he lives up to his name. He is attached to Merian Geneth, referring to her as his 'little sparky.' No one really knows why he's working with Odurd, but he does seem to think that every battle they fight will result in fighting the greatest monster ever to exist. (He does not know that Sargeras is sort of dead.)

Merian Geneth
Gnomish Fire Mage
Merian gave up on a family life with her ex husband to join up with the corp, citing a boring 'mother job' wasn't right for her. She is a chain smoker, who enjoys using the fire on the end of her cigars to cast her spells. She seems completely unbothered by Snaga's nakedness, and is fairly good friends with the orc. She is tolerated by the rest of the crew- when she isn't telling another story about how horrible home life or fat husband was.

Tavris
Blood Elf Marksman
Striving to maintain the Blood Elf status quo, Tavris is arrogant, brazen, and a damned fine shot with a bow. He's also a snappy dresser, and utterly useless if needed to do anything that does not require arrogance, snappy dressing, or shooting something up with arrows.

Sugnar
Dwarf Rogue
Older than you. Much older than you. So old, he's seen it all. And if you've seen it, he has seen it bigger, badder, and kicked it's ass in half the time it took you, from behind, in the dark. Sugnar's moods vary from grumpy to violent (depending on how much he's had to drink,) but he manages to keep his contempt and disgust at the failings of his comrades in check, knowing that they will always need him to do the real hard work. And do it he will, with the greatest efficiency and professionalism of them all (depending on how much he's had to drink.)

Grashnaak
Troll Hunter
Formerly of the Darkspears, Graashnak bemoans the day that he lost his big mojo (whatever the hell that is) to Odurd in a game of knucklebones (which were also promptly lost.) Followed by his brother, and his brother's mate, he seeks to burn off his debt to the goblin and regain his mojo. Or eat the little bastard when he's sleeping. The most focused of the trolls, Graashnak tends to have remarkable forsight for someone in Odurd's corps, and the sight of him running away is often the signal that something rather terrible and unstoppable is coming your way.

Zarhaj
Troll Shaman
Zarhaj tends to always be aloof or off in his own world. He claims to be following along with the corp for 'Spiritual Guidance.' Zarhaj is perpetually drunk and talking to things no one else sees. Odurd somehow finds uses for him, and so has not had him sent for a swim with dwarven mining boots yet. Brother to Graashnak, mate to Keva.

Keva
The Cook
Keva doesn't seem to ever get herself into combat, or care much for the trade Odurd engulfs himself in. She lives to continue her passion; cooking. She holds true to her trollish beliefs that cannibalism is perfectly okay, and doesn't understand why anyone would see it any other way. She tends to get along with the rest of the corp well, so long as they remember never to ask what was in the stew that night.

Thantrus

Trod
The Ogre nanny whom Thantrus and Azka hired to watch over their children during their brief retirement in outlands. He's been under their employ so long, they consider him part of the family and accompanied them when they were forced to move back to Azeroth. Generally, he can be described as a big lovable oaf who's good with children and a whiz at negotiating with realtors. Formerly, he was a boulderfist ogre under the leadership of Lantresor. His prowess at making dead orc noises is unrivaled in all the realms.

Teremus
The eldest son, being about 2½ years old. He's pretty big for his age. Named after Teremus the devourer for being a voracious baby.

Falco & Ibys
Fraternal twins; one boy, one girl. Both about a year old. Both are usually fastened in a carrier harness on Trod's back.

Bulverk
An alchemically enhanced swarm of bugs which Thantrus keeps in a hive he carries around on a bindle. Provoked when Thantrus shakes the bindle and points at an aggressor.

DIRTY HORDE NPC WINNAR!!!

Wait for it... wait for it.... it's Fabrio!

So, Fabrio is the oft-abused secretary of the Prophecy of Light. He doesn't actually exist as a character, but he's constantly being used as plot fodder and to handle all the guild admin crap nobody wants to do. He's developed quite a personality since he was introduced- everyone in the guild has had a hand in shaping him. He's the belf version of C-3PO, basically. I <3 him.

There are a few others but Fabrio's the best one I know, so I leave it at that.

Now that Xionn Grimskull is no longer floating in NPC land, he has a few of his own. I don't really expect anyone to want to pick them up and make them PC, but further details are available about the characters beyond these short descriptions.

John Lafoot - You will hear him most talked about by Xionn. He's talkative and flirty and often the Class Clown. He's not exactly a compulsive liar, but he makes a lot of things up to get rises and responses. On the job he's serious when it's needed and is often an incredible actor. He's that guy that can talk his way out of just about any situation. Oddly enough he's bad with women. On the job he can produce official documents out of his ass; any expert could tell that they were fake, but on the high seas you often don't carry a document specialist. His proficiency at fighting goes about as far as knowing how to fence with a sword, but he can't really do it well, it was just required for the job. His last name is Lafoot because he comes from a long line of sprinters.

Jerijah Herero - Amazing shot with a gun, more surprising that he's human. "He can shoot the lice off a swab's head at 100 yards." He's also very proficient with a sword, however pales in comparison to Arioch. He's a bit gruff both on and off the job, but get a drink in him and he opens up very quick. He has a curly black beard and slick hair. He often smells like spice or some kind of South Seas Cologne.

Alejandra Herero - When Xionn needs someone offed discreetly, this is his girl. Younger sister to Jerijah, she deals in poisons and quiet deaths. When faced with direct combat she has a hard time holding her own, but as long as she can get a numbing poison in a wound that's all she needs. Of the many to earn the title, she was once known as a black widow. She will only deal with men in the business sense, whether it be on the end of a kryss or over some coin.

Arioch - The other elf on the crew besides Xionn and the most closed off of any of them. Not much is known about him although there's implied connections to Xionn in the past, as in the long past. He's very green, having dark green hair and wearing forest green armor. His proficiency with a sword is deadly and he's blindingly fast in combat. He won't be seen outside of jobs that Xionn brings the entire crew on.

Hawkeye Pike - The only 'horde' on the crew. Remember that pirate that talked like a troll AND a pirate? That's what he talks like. Agile and dexterous like a monkey, he's very good with a bow or a crossbow. His preferred melee weapons are daggers and other stabby things. He also carries around explosives, sometimes to Xionn's displeasure. He makes a lot of the crew's devices. On salvage jobs, the cranes they use to pull things out of the water are all his handiwork. A long nose, a keen face and an able fighter, it's a lot more fun to be on his good side, especially when he's drinking.

Mustardbeard - A dwarf that is currently and potentially indefinitely MIA. He didn't show up to the last two jobs and is presumed dead or abandoned until proven otherwise. A long yellow beard and a roughed up smashed face, but a great cook, he could make cuisine out of a dead rat and a boot. Not much for weapons, he's an incredible brawler, and was picked up when he was one of the few to fully knock Xionn out in a bar fight.

Xionn Grimskull - The "Captain" of the ship, owner by full rights of the floating hunk of wood. He's got a history longer than your strung out intestines and the scars to prove it. He prefers very large weapons to the smaller more subtle ones, although plate armor is not something he's often seen in. His preference is very large blunted weapons, although anything with a blade that can also break bones will do. In stark contrast, his second favorite weapon is throwing knives, of which he keeps an uncountable amount on his person strapped into various places on his leather armor. He was once a pirate that terrorized the Maelstrom Mining Company where he earned his fortune and bought his own ship, now with the bonds of the alliance and the horde and the patrolled seas, he works a bit more legally, although he often makes up his own rules. He likes to drink on his own time but doesn't do it so much with crew around. Things can get violent when he does.

Assembled Gentlefolk of Stormwind, and the Murderous, Conniving Scum Who Scurry About Their Leavings

Lord Thibault Endrigan - the Duke of Elwynn, one of Stormwind's most powerful nobles and a member of the privy council under Fordragon. Well-disposed towards the Riders and even agreed to act as an unofficial patron some years ago, but has had second thoughts of late, both due to actions taken by Riders and the changing attitudes of Stormwind nobility under King Varian.
-First appearance: "Mighty Fine Shindig," negotiating with Tarquin.

Edouard "Neddy" Van Rosen - a gentleman adventurer in the prime of his life, scion of one of Stormwind's largest and most influential families. Currently engaged in trapping beasts of Northrend for the Argent Tournament, but will likely find something more pressing soon. The prevailing opinion is that if Neddy can ever focus his talents, he will be well placed for Marshalship or perhaps even succession to Highlord Bolvar.
-First appearance: "The Most Dangerous Game," trapping Icehowl.

Francis Van Rosen - Neddy's third cousin, a promising naval officer and artillerist whose career was cut short by an injury to the legs. Remains active in Stormwind politics and mercantile interests, and is in fact the current primary financier of the venerable Stormwind Times.

Leonard Bannsworth/Lenny Bends - an SI:7 informant during Tarq's early career, who earned a reputation for reliability after letting the fingers on his left hand be irreperably broken and bent rather than admit to being a stooge. With the Service's eventual payout, established himself as Leonard Bannsworth, Man of Business, and has now advanced to Secretary of the Society of Trade Guilds, with an eye on President. Frequently works with the Riders, but the alliance is one of convenience and he would not hesitate to throw them to the wolves to save his own hide.
-First appearance: rousing a rabble for Bricu and Tarquin during Fells's trial.

Bella Costa - the aging matron of Stormwind's greatest "tolerated" crime syndicate, known only as the Family Costa, a vast network of third cousins, step-sisters, nephews-in-law, and the like. At one time, owned the Langston family's vast debts, but was winkled out of them by Tarquin during the establishment of the Wildfire Riders. Efforts to even the score were answered by Chryste, and Madame Costa has in the years since left well enough alone.

Officer Edgar Pomeroy - most often seen patrolling the streets of Old Town, he is in fact the Captain of the Watch for the Old Town district. One of the City's keenest defenders of law and order, hampered somewhat by his distaste for the methods and reputation of SI:7. Would dearly love to clap anyone wearing the black and red in irons on general moral principle.
-First appearance: killing some trolls in Stormwind and getting flirted at by Catrily.

Sir Oliver Balliard - a Knight-Captain in the Second Legion, who made a name for himself in the deserts of Silithus. Currently commanding a detatchment of cavalry in Northrend, and a relatively infrequent visitor to his home of Stormwind and...

Elaine Balliard - Sir Oliver's wife, a woman of culture, refinement, and poor impulse control. At present, regretting the latter.
-First appearance: "Mistakes Were Made," making one.

Ginger Dan - a Stormwind gang leader.
-Rutledge - one of his men.

Brass Ben Carney - a Stormwind sellsword and ruffian of bold temperament.
Now hang me by this golden noose
'Cause I never been nothin' but your golden goose
Silver tongue don't fail me now
And I'll make my way back to you somehow

Law-Abiding (Wink Wink Nudge Nudge Mum's the Word) Citizens of the Underbelly

Krao'tel - a Darkspear vice lord, whose humble beginnings as a refugee from the justice of his kin are buried beneath layers of gilt and a number of dead bodies. Presently the operator of the most exclusive gambling house in the Underbelly, where cash is passe and the only wagers are in artifacts, goods, and services - the value determined by Kra'toel's staff. Also owns a number of high-end brothels in the Upper City, behind a concealing wall of paperwork and false identity.
-First appearance: "Eye For An Eye," Tarquin's blackmailed horde contact and messenger.

Kre'mori - Krao'tel's younger brother, and the great iron around his leg. Captured in an ill-fated raid by the Alliance, his experiences in the Vault left him a shattered, drug-addicted wreck, and though he has had some years to clean up, he remains a nervous, high-strung individual, prone to fits of murderous rage and glass-edged hilarity. As such, he is a very effective enforcer when his mental travels bring him far enough from the edge of collapse.
-First appearance: "Eye For An Eye," being used as blackmail after Tarquin discovered him in the Vault.

Inge Highhold - a dispossessed Dark Iron lady of means, and the overseer and owner-in-name of Krao'tel's brothels. Has a profitable sideline trading in the information gleaned therefrom. While appropriately merciless and businesslike, has a soft spot for women in need and has been frequently known to use empty rooms in her (very expensive) houses of pleasure to shelter them. The last attempt by a business rival to use this soft spot to his advantage has resulted in an Underbelly punchline heard whenever unidentifiable meat is being eaten.

Cameron Pellamund, "Digger Pell" - a human drunk and vagabond who supervised the excavation of Dalaran City for the Kirin Tor before their mages took a hand in the actual elevation. He knows the ins and outs of the flying city better than any man alive, but his unexpected riches and success led him to a similar knowledge of the bottom of a wine bottle, the Alteran Pox, and eventually, debtor's prison. Survives on the charity of his former employees and the occasional guide work.

Eimoc Brokentree - an uncannily tall Tauren druid with a vast knowledge of Northrend environs. Served in the first official Horde expedition north, during which his conduct in battle (reckless with the lives of his comrades) led to his dismissal from Horde Expeditionary. He sells his services as a guide and scout in the Underbelly, due to a discomfort with the human lords of Dalaran Above.

Craed Bloodcrow - a well-travelled Forsaken sellsword, who has been in his time a cutthroat, a Deathstalker and Captain of Deathstalkers, a Jusiticiar's adjutant, a rebel, an exile, and now one of the Underbelly's most renowned hired blades. Efficient, ruthless, and completely for sale to the highest bidder. The maiming of his left hand (two fingers gone while escaping from the minions of the rising Apothecarium) has not done much to slow his bladework, and nothing good for his temper.
-First appearance: Jak's quest for knighthood, in which he was second-in-command to Deathstalker Alseny the Dancer. Bluffed out of murdering Jak (who killed his captain for reasons best not explained).
-Also: consistently standing in the background as Jak's adjutant, when the former was a Justiciar of Lordaeron.

Ironteeth - Bloodcrow's second, a Priest of the Forgotten Shadow. Has been with Craed since the days of Alseny, and remained loyal even when his captain was proclaimed a traitor during Putress's great purge. Now the medic and moral sounding board (such as he is) for Bloodcrow's company.
-First appearance: see Craed Bloodcrow.

Dame Esme Fell - one of Bloodcrow's band, a former Scarlet Crusader who had the bad fortune to die at the hands of the Scourge and be recruited as a death knight. Her freedom at the Battle of Light's Hope only led her to despair and self-loathing, but she was dissuaded from a suicidal charge by Craed and remoralized by the preaching of Ironteeth. Has since become accustomed to the romantic life of a mercenary.
-First appearance: Jak's quest for knighthood, as a suspicious young Crusader accepting a message Jak recovered from a dying courier.

Small Darek - one of Bloodcrow's band, and the third and last survivor of their old Deathstalker band. Stayed in contact with his erstwhile captain, and joined him in dissent out of sheer bloody-minded stubbornness. Followed Bloodcrow and Ironteeth into exile, and got over his disappointment once he learned the vast opportunities provided by mercenary work for a man who loves nothing better than hurting people.
-First appearance: see Craed Bloodcrow. Referred to as Small Darek on account of the presence of fellow Deathstalker "Tall Darek" Dandleby, who bit the dust shortly after his introduction.

Emmett Fitzroy - one of Bloodcrow's band, discharged from the Deathguard for beating a superior officer to a pulp during a debate about northern history. Carried to Dalaran by the tides of politics, war, and apathy, and recruited by a persuasively large coin purse and the glamour of Bloodcrow's reputation. Claims a touch of royal blood through the matrilineal, though from which royal family he's not quite certain.

Pox - the last of Bloodcrow's band, an eerie, masked woman who converses chiefly in meaningless wordplay, non sequiturs, and the creative and sometimes horrific use of fel magic. Rumored to be a former Apothecary, which raises the question of what she's doing working for a group of known dissenters - or, indeed, doing anywhere in civilization after the events of Angrathar. Nobody raises the question too loudly, however.
-First appearance: earlier than you might think.

Seldom - a Kaldorei priestess of apparently advanced years, who makes her day-to-day living as a seeress forecasting winners in the games and tournaments that make up day-to-day life in the Underbelly. Reputed to also put her talents to work for Dalaran Above on occasion in more significant matters; her lavish lifestyle gives credence to the idea, but she'd never be so crass as to come out and say so. Infuriatingly mysterious.

Here's some of my woefully incomplete list. Feel free to use any of these dudes, just poke me beforehand.

Scum and Villainy (Very incomplete.)

The Crew of the Glacier's Mark (As complete of a list as I am ever likely to do.)

The Glacier's Mark is a pirate ship belonging to the Steamwheedle Cartel. It is by far one of their worst crews; the Glacier's Mark doesn't bring in half the haul of what a proper ship does. However, the ship is staffed with some of the most dangerous of the Cartel's hires; mostly murderers with little self-control. The Cartel realizes these people have their uses, but until they're needed, the Cartel ships them off on the Glacier's Mark to terrorize theNorthsea. Since ships in the Northsea tend to have tougher crews and more dangerous passengers, the Cartel loses little potential ransom to the Mark's crew's murderous ways. The crew of the Glacier's Mark is fairly large, as the ship itself is an old Lordaeron-made galleon. A few crewmembers include:

Captain
Never referred to by any name but 'Captain,' this fairly enigmatic Forsaken man is frightening enough to generally keep his crew in line. He is, however, very aware of just what his crew is, so he gives few orders during attacks on other ships, preferring to let his crew do what they'd like until temporary satiation. He likes his station, as he greatly enjoys the cold of the Northsea; it reminds him of the cold of the grave he once rose from.

First Mate Georid Gearcrunch
A withered old goblin, First Mate Gearcrunch has a voice that, when exercised, sounds more akin to a Northrend Giant than an ancient goblin. Gearcrunch issues most of Captain's orders. He is easily annoyed and spends most of the Mark's voyages in a state of heightened irritation. He would far rather be making money with a proper crew like he did in his youth, but he's entirely and absolutely loyal to Captain for unknown reasons. Though mostly spry, he walks with a cane.

Cook Copperblade
A dwarven woman tougher than most of the crew put together, Copperblade has been a retired pirate for longer than many of the crew have been alive. She is absolutely no-nonsense and is only polite to Captain, whom she obviously respects. If Gearcrunch is constantly in a state of heightened irritation, Copperblade is constantly in a state of violent surliness. She takes her job very seriously and wields a ladle as lethally as she once did a cutlass. It's widely rumored she is stationed on the Glacier's Mark simply because she is the only cook in Azeroth who could frighten the rest of the crew.

Sul'wassa, Troll Hexer
Emphatically racist, Sul'wassa only survives the rest of the crew because he tells the filthiest jokes and wields the most amusing magic. He likes to think he's far better in martial combat than he actually is; he tends to resort quickly to hexing after giving a few useless whacks with his voodoo stick. Those he hexes rarely survive to regain their usual forms, but if they do, they're often in a rather unfortunate state.

Rowdy Rodrik (Deceased)
An exiled Gilnean, 'Rowdy' Rodrik was a huge hulk of a man. He was arguably one of the Glacier's Mark's most frightening crewmembers, though he had quite a few friends on the ship. For many of the same reasons Sul'wassa is tolerated by the crew, Rodrik was actively liked - friendly, jovial, and able to provide amusement. Due to Rodrik's presence, until very recently the Mark had no female crewmembers except for Cook Copperblade.

Straight and Narrow (Very incomplete.)

James Sullivan
[Redacted]
SI:7 Agent James Sullivan has removed himself from this list by having the misfortune to have murdered the wrong damn nelf.
