Rose Ball Dueling tournament

As those who attended the Rose Ball know, we had a dueling tournament that had a limited number of participants due to time constraints. Many people were let down, so we promised to have a second tournament, and the Rose keeps its word. So, this September 23rd, at 7pm (Server time) we shall be hosting the tournament once more! Meet us again at the Mar'at dam for a night of excitement and non-deadly combat!
