Wildfire Riders

At some point during the next week, Bricu will ask your toon to go to a certain location in an urban center and either 1) observe or 2) do something. Here's the gist. Last night, Bricu got information from a new contact about SI:7 activities. Some of this information includes:

Shakedowns on Riders or Rider's Family (ie: Padraig, Reese, Elly).

Dead drop locations (for money, information or magical artifacts).

The assignments start on Saturday, 2/13/10 and end Thursday, 2/18/10.

Your Assignment, should you chose to is to do the following:

Write up what Bricu asks you do to (don't worry about the accent). For the most part, if you are writing up a Shakedown, Bricu would ask you to "clean the place up so 7 can't find anything." If its a dead drop, Bricu might ask you to swap the legitimate drop with something else. Here are somethings to keep in mind:

• Not every drop or anti-shakedown story should be successful.
• While the source is trustworthy, it does not mean that there isn't some sort of 7 protocol that might get your toon in trouble (ie: observers at the drop site)
• The story should be self contained. It could lead to more interesting matters in the future, but for now, you're just setting the stage
• Whatever you write, your toon should face consequences.

If there is not a post reserving a response set up by 2/18/10, I'm gonna assume you're too busy or not interested in the assignment. No hard feelings!

So you want to this assignment but you need ideas? Here we go!

1) Bricu has asked you to interupt a shakedown at a shop run by a Rider (Or Bricu gave you the heads up that your shop is being targeted

2) You were asked to intercept a drop in front of the orphanage. What's in the drop?

3) The Rose is targeted for a shakedown, during a meeting/diner event. Bricu wants you to delay the shakedown long enough so the event can happen.

4) Bricu's asked you to observe the event. All he wants you to do is get names and wht they look like. Do you just get names or do you intervene?

Also, there may be a gnome in the garb of necromancer at your event. He's wearing a Crystal Citrine Necklace. He's your back up.

Bricu can either 1) mention something directly 2) you can hear bricu mentioning something so he is indirect or 3) you plan it all by your lonesome and Bricu says, "holy shit, that was fantastic/omfg what the fuck did you do?"

The level of Bricu's involvement is up to you. If you have something specific in mind, let me know.
