RPing GMs ftw:

Hralvek whispers: *A heavily cloaked, but obviously orcish figure stumps up alongside you, apparently from nowhere. He glances around in confusion for a moment, before speaking.* Greetings Davien. My name is Game Master Hralvek. Do you have a moment?

To Hralvek: I certainly do.

Hralvek whispers: Ah, good. I'm honored you would speak with me. I'd gotten reports from somewhere in this area about a vault break in, and was preparing to begin my investigation.

To Hralvek: *Grins and pushes back her hood* Aye, the Wildfire Riders' vault? 'tis criminal.

Hralvek whispers: Ah, good, you know the ones I'm talking about. I come out here expecting a human, and well, let's just say it wouldn't be the first time the Spirits have given me conflicting messages.

To Hralvek: Understandable. But y're in luck. I saw Threnody in Cantrips an' Crows this afternoon. She filled me in.

Hralvek whispers: Good. That'll make this explanation make more sense. If you see your contacts with these Wildfire Riders again, let them know that their friend and the rest of their gear is in good hands with me and the others.
Hralvek whispers: Alliance or no, there's not a creature drawing breath anywhere that deserves this sort of trouble. Between myself and the Spirits, we'll make certain this is put right.

To Hralvek: Ah, now, that *is* good news. They've an... interestin' reputation themselves, the Riders, but deep down, they're a good group o' ne'er-do-wells.
To Hralvek: Just don't tell 'em I said it.

Hralvek whispers: *Hralvek laughs.* Don't worry. They won't hear a word of it from me.

To Hralvek: I'll be certain t'pass it along to 'em, though. Always seem t'cross paths with someone in the black an' red in Dalaran.

Hralvek whispers: Though, speaking of which, I better make clear that from this point on, as we do our work, we won't be able to have much direct contact with you, or them aside from this "Jolstraer" character. He should be able to tell you more though.
Hralvek whispers: Hm. I think that's a he. Human names escape me.

To Hralvek: Aye, that's perfectly understandable. Oh, 'tis a 'he.' Solid block o'Stratholme fury.

Hralvek whispers: Ha! I'll have to take your word on that one. But, anything else I might be able to help you with while I'm in the area, Davien?

To Hralvek: No, I think I'm doin' fine. It's good t'know there are those lookin' out for us all, though. Thankee.

Hralvek whispers: Right then! Swift victory and safe travels to you, Davien. If you ever need our help again, you now how to find us. *Hralvek bows deeply, and then wanders off, presumably to get to work.*

To Hralvek: Be well, sweetling. *pulls her hood back up and turns back to collecting troll...parts... for the Crusade*

Hralvek whispers: *It appears that Hralvek has left one of his totems behind. Among the other detailed carvings, there's a note instructing the holder to send comments about him to wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com. Wherever that is.*

Hralvek whispers: ((Blargh. Troll parts. O_o))

To Hralvek:
((Ectoplasm!))

Hralvek whispers:
((Gross! But take care!))

I tacked up a poster of Threnn on my wall this evening. It went over my poster of Uther. SO MUCH <3'S! Thank you for putting in that ticket for things!

Okay Jolly I do not regret your getting keylogged one bit, because it led to that AMAZINGNESS.
Now hang me by this golden noose
'Cause I never been nothin' but your golden goose
Silver tongue don't fail me now
And I'll make my way back to you somehow

I got the same GM, too - I had to avert RP though, because of Jolly's disability to speak properly.

Bitch of it is, though, that while I was logged in this morning and changing my password on another computer, whoever it was got in and tried to change my password again.

Bitch of it is? I feel so bad for having two character clear out half the bank.

And the fuckers sold my Seal of the Pantheon.
That's the exact same thing that happened to me. I never figured out how they got me. I ran two different virus and two different spyware scans on my home computer, and a virus scan on my work laptop, and everything came up negative. And yes, after I got everything fixed, they tried a password change again, which I re-changed in about thirty seconds. What made it worse for me was (a) they got me about 4 am Eastern on a Saturday morning, and (b) my email address was out of date with Blizzard, so I had to wait until 11 am Monday to call Blizzard and get things straight. Fortunately Pill saw Linedan online cleaning out the guild bank and filed a report even before I did, so they locked my account before the hax0r could do more than clean out Lin and one alt.

Sold your Seal of the Pantheon. That's a goddamn capital offense right there.

Speaking of, I went and bought one of those authenticators this very day, after reading that. Though I'm feeling the temptation to start coming up with stupid problems I can drag RP'ing GMs into.

Seriously: $7 isn't a great deal of money, it's true. But I would personally add another $50 onto that if it not only protected my account but set any of those loathesome ass-gobbling maggot-dicked gold-farming parasitic vermin ON FIRE. IN THE FACE. If they so much as tried me.

Because fuck them.

Hm...I should probably set up my authenticator, too. I got it at BlizzCon, but haven't linked it to my account yet.
