Wildfire Riders

Delivered by a small party of Riders led by Shad, the raid on Fells's womb got Twin Drachs down and out in a four hour run. Azeroth has two new Drachmases to deal with.

Shad has passed night one of being a professional nanny, though not without ample help from Annalea. He is realizing that perhaps he should have spent a bit more time studying for the post-birth job. Meanwhile, Era is teaching him the fine art of the cat nap.

Dani'elle is nowhere to be found. Some Riders have already found out why.

Delion has been seen in the Pig with Fearinal, a (male) friend of his. Considering the two were very blushy and sweet together, it seems there is more than a little bit of romantic interest between the two. As one Rider put it: "FINALLY". Then Seylon bought everyone drinks.

Aely was in the bar last night. Tipsy, brash, and back to her usual antics for the first time in what seems like forever.

I think Arrens was more than a little scared.

Following the events around the warrant on Tarquin, Adel's shop has been feeling the pinch. Recently she discovered that most (all) of her out-of-country dealers and buyers have been informed that it is no longer profitable to do business with her. Her import/export license was also revoked on a few minor improper trade charges.
Adel herself isn't in any hot water, but her shop sure is. 'Out of Country' basically means everything out of the greater Kingdom of Stormwind, which doesn't encompass a whole lot. It blocks her off from her biggest supplier- the Steamweedle Cartel. It also makes business in Ironforge pretty tricky as well.
It's pretty obvious that it's SI:7 putting on the pinch, but she has no means to fight back against them at this time.

Beltar has packed what little stuff he has in Dalaran and has temporarily moved into the basement bunkroom of the Pig and Whistle in Stormwind. He figures with the increased trouble, Reese might need a little extra muscle around. Beltar isn't very muscular, but the boar, the bear, and the Harkoan panther living out back are.

Also, Beltar now has a bow. It's a nice bow, an improvement over his trusty Nesingwary 4000...but it's a bow. He's not entirely happy about this, even though he's gone ahead and swapped his ammo pouch for a quiver. Grumbling the entire way, of course.

Arrens is actually pretty happy, something he has not been able to say in a few months (and for reasons not ICly revealed yet). He recently purchased a small abode outside of Ironforge; a little getaway for when the hustle and bustle of Stormwind life gets to be too much.

At the moment, however, he's doing a bit of research on behalf of Bricu to permanently dispose of Yva's succubus who is trapped in a soul shard in Bricu's possession.

Tif learned about Adel's engagement to Dravir, and that has since closed off his desire to be with her. Despite the pain of the whole process? He's glad it happened, even if he doesn't know it yet.

In the meantime, it's back to the front, killing Scourge, and learning how to cook.

Yva just had a busy damned holiday. She cooked like she was feeding all of Stormwind. Not only that, but she has this holiday feast in mind with Fells, Laurus, the babies, Eloim, and Jak. She expects Eloim to hit Laurus. If someone bleeds in her mashed potatoes she's going to be pissed. She found gift giving this holiday kinda tough too in that she had to find something you know, appropriate to express how she felt about Jak. Yva really got down to her roots with this one. She went to Winterspring and stole a baby. It's a dragon baby, a blue drakeling, but still. It's babynapping. From what she understands blue drakes are /obscenely clever/, like . . . smarter than people clever. She's hoping he's not going to be A Problem.

Skyborne is busy being Sky. She's currently torturing her mother, torturing Shad, torturing Pitch and the other bar cats. This would be all fine and dandy if she wasn't acting out of feeling completely abandoned by everyone she gives a crap about. Expect the antics to escalate.

Seylon has cut her hair. She's drinking a lot, smoking a lot, and generally kinda crabby and not really talking about anything. Even the flirts are half-assed. She's also working all day every day, which may have something to do with things.

Rosilia is staying out of the War of the Engineering Nerds by trying to play middle man. She's not sure it's working. Tif and Adel are all RAWR and she's all "Oh COME ON" and they're like "NO WAI". It's frustrating.

Bellesta has finally decided that it's time to close off two major points of unfinished business, points that she needs to get past in order to be ready to be a mommy for realz. This has involved digging up a lot of suppressed emotions she's not handling too well. Recently she and Tiforis learned they are the worst kind of drunk buddies- the kind who refill the other's drink and slowly pry terrible things out of the other's mouth.
Bellesta said some things she's not too proud of. Including a comment about the 'true loyalty' in the Riders that could very well end with her floating in the docks. Hopefully Tif was too drunk to remember it.

In other news, she apparently adopted herself a pack of cats without realizing it. She's pretty content to relax in her alpha-female position.

Adel is, as mentioned above, engaged. She was generally displeased (but not surprised) by the reaction she got from Tiforis. Now, she didn't expect his two weeks notice at the shop, but she was still ready to forgive him for that on the basis that Rosie had her quite convinced that he's just 'dumb' and doesn't know what he's doing.

What she wasn't prepared for was he admitted to her last night. She is to the point of angry where she is calm. The only conclusion she came to was that she never, ever wants to see Tiforis Sevita again. But since they're both a part of the riders, she'll just have to buck up and deal.

Otherwise, she's busy in the frontlines of the war. She's assigned to moving patrol camps on the edges of the land the citadel sprawls on. The goal of her camps is to keep scourge from coming home to bolster Arthas' already dangerously large forces.
