Wildfire Riders

Well the basic idea behind it was that it once was a part of the morgue, until someone decided it was haunted. (It is.) And after awhile they just walled it off, knocked down a door to the outside and made it into a shitty tiny apartment. Given it's rumored status as 'haunted' no one wanted to live there. (Except crazy body-dissecting Adel)

Also it has full drainage and plumbing, in it's most basic stage, since it's still connected into the drain system of the morgue. It also means from time to time you get weird smells coming up from the drain in the center of the floor <_<

Also there are a couple poltergeists, but Adel doesn't mind them. All they do is let her rabbit out of his cage and displace her tools.
