Tech Question

I scanned a letter the other day and it saved as a JPEG, but I want it as a PDF. Is there a simple conversion I can do to it now, or do I have to scan it again and do something to it as its scanning?

On a 10-point scale from "That Gritty Paste Dentists Use to Clean Your Teeth" to "Apple Juice", I'd say I have 3.8 Apple Juices worth of <3 for that Gabs.

<3 I didn't recommend a specific program, as I've never used one before, but CNet pretty much rocks for finding handy little programs like that.
