Wildfire Riders

I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this, but... what the hell...

For those who know me and who've Role-Played with me at all, I wanted to let you know about some big changes I'm going to be doing with Mia in the near future. Namely: Well, Mia is going to be biting it IC in the near future. >.>

Mia as a Role-Play character was... very half-assed on my part. I've now backed myself into corners and just can't sort out my mistakes with her enough to write for her happily any longer. It's just... going to make my head explode. O_o So, I'm going to kill her off IC and then re-characterize the character into one that will have a solid history going in.

Now, I still want to join the Guild - if you all will still have me. ::hopeful:: So, I will be latching myself on to whoever I need to with the new version to get in place for that. (That's kind of a warning to the poor saps who have to deal with me.)

Totally IC: I still am interested in this and hope that you can find a place for me. I will be finding a way to get in IC with other folks in the Raid so that if I do get a spot, there's an IC reason for her to be there.

Jolly and I have a post to write between Jol and Mia, and then I have one to write with her IC to see this through. Not sure when it'll happen, but I never take too long once I set myself on a plan. >.>

Several things happening outside WoW are taking place that I hope to be able to be on more often to hang out with everyone and hopefully get a chance to RP more! Otherwise, this change over will at least do worlds of good for my mental health. ^_^ The character she'll be turning into is one I'm very excited about bringing forth... so... no one kill me, okies?

Oh, but everyone can still just call me Mia. I've written for versions of Mia in RP since June of '99, so I'm used to responding to it!

Having basically just done this with one of my characters (I really need to get Anaelle into some RP now!), I totally understand. Hopefully all goes well, and I look forward to RPs with the new, improved Mia!

(maybe she and the new improved Anna-priest can work out some RPs to get involved with the Riders even, if they'd be believably working together!)

The new version won't quite be the sunniest girl on the block, but I don't see any problem with her working with all sorts of other folks, so I'd be totally cool for some RP together!

If I may throw in a couple cents; if you've found yourself, just by a random notion, with a character concept you truly feel appeals to you, and that you can really "sink yourself" into, just go with it and don't look back. I've found overthinking it is probably the worst way to go--having fun is the biggest point to all of this.

Now be sure to let me know about this character so she can fit into Mia's former November slot on the calendar. XD

Yeah, over-thinking is often a flaw of mine! But even thinking on this a lot, I found the more I thought on it? The better I liked it! So, yeah, now it's just taking care of a few things and getting stuff done. ::smiles:: Thanks for the advice/support!

I'm not sure if this girl will make the most appealing calender girl... ::shifty look:: ...I mean, Mia was *once* around so she can still have November, eh? Though I'll PM you info on the new girl and let you decide. >.>
