How is it as a single-player game?

I like it fine as single player. The Survivor AI adds a lot more of a challenge because it is horrible. It will seriously sometimes just stare at you as you're being killed and do nothing to save you. But you can get through Advanced on single player once you get used to how the AI operates. I've never tried Extreme on Single Player or Multiplayer cuz it terrifies me. I generally like to do single player for the sake of exploring and reading the writings on the wall. In multiplayer you generally go through the levels faster .

Then again, my poor wallet needs fattening and my compy needs to stop seizing up every few hours when running steam games!

With all the sales which have been on Steam lately, I've picked up a fucktonne new games via the platform; I think it's been Arkham Asylum, Bioshock 1 and 2, Blood Bowl, Borderlands and Civ 5 - all for about $50. So if anyone is keen for a game any of those, or whatever's on my game list, my Steam ID is "N for Nihilism". Word.

Bioware is currently having a special til the end of april, that anyone who buys Dragon Age 2 gets a free copy of Mass Effect 2 for PC. Not that anyone buying DA2 doesn't already have ME2, but still an awesome deal in case!
