Pre-Cata RP

Who would be up for some minor Forum/Minor in game RP about the Pre-Cata event? This is to supplement the upcoming event that'll be going live shortly.

I have no clue what the event is supposed to be and I don't know how much time I can commit to being in-game before this coming weekend. But forum stuff? This is one of the few places the work IT Nazis haven't banned yet. As such, count me in.

So this is the format I am thinking of: I am not, by any means, sold on it yet.

I'd start a thread and open it at a specific time. I'll check back every couple of hours and just before I conk out. during this time, people can post what they do and their dialog. I'd ask that people put ACTIONS into a different format. Some actions may need to go to PMs/Email to ensure that a particular plot point is dealt with in a manner agreed upon by both parties.

For instance:

Arrens says, "Bricu, you're a complete disgrace to the human race."

Bricu blows smoke in Arrens' face, "Yer opinion, as a half demon --all wanker-- holds less water than a puddle o'spit."

Arrens <insert response here, let's take it to PMs.>

I will adjudicate the story progress. I'm not sure how long the story will last: At least till Saturday. Do not worry about the time line. It is mostly time-whimey (a Dr. Who term used to indicate that its flexible). If you spend all day friday running RP raids, please don't try and say you were part of the story line on Friday itself (unless you make it clear that you are just talking to people).

Some stuff is already afoot, but people can still get involved.

No, no. This wouldn't happen in-game. Arrens (for some unknown reason) actually likes Bricu. No, this is actually more reticent of a Twitter conversation between Marty & I. But the drift, I gets it.
