This wound up being harder than I thought it would be.

For Dandill the death knight - David Tennant as The Doctor...who, from his hairdo, could also capably play the part in live-action. :)

Destril gave me some trouble...I pondered back and forth for a while about whether or not he had an accent - he's shifted back and forth between having one or not when I hear him in my head. Then I found his voice, so I guess the "not" won out. Hugh Jackman from "Oklahoma."

Phileas, sadly enough, has been damn near impossible to find. If I find the dialect, the sound is wrong, and if the sound is right, then the dialect is off. So I went with sound and hope you guys can fill in the Yorkshire on your own - Raul Esparza.

Keilos Dawnstar the bratadin has had a very specific sound in my head ever since I realized he really is an overgrown kid in his elven late teens - Jamie Campbell Bower.

So if you meet me have some courtesy, have some sympathy and some taste. Use all your well-learned politesse or I'll lay your soul to waste.

I doubt anyone's ever recorded Davien's accent, but it hit me the other night, this is the voice: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQSHWbPhZYM . Just a tiny bit of grit in an otherwise smooth voice.

Anna and Threnn, I have to think on.

The best I can think of is The Architect, Helmut Bakaitis, from Matrix. That same kind of deeper, but not so scratchy smooth voice. It's the same kind of calm and knowing, just take away the emotionless condescension.

I couldn't find any videos with more of her dialogue, but I found this one that has several bits early-ish/mid-way through (Around 0:24 to 0:44). It's the accent and the tone/sound, so it fits for my Draenei Pally Kasharae:
