Ermm,
Sorry to post this here guys, but for those of you who haven't discovered this, it's good to know.
There are two bugs occurring for those who have dual-specc'd.
The most common problem is unlearning talents. When you swap specs, you'll find you have seven unspent talent points from your primary tree that have to be relearned.
The second problem: You'll swap talent specs and find that it shows you missing a talent point, literally missing it, as if you're level 79. However the ability (In my case mutilate or hemorrhage) will still show up in your spellbook.
Blizzard has advised trying a /reloadui to fix the problems. However several attempts of this doesn't do anything for me.
It's more annoying than anything, it's a known isssue, and will likely be hotfixed before end of week ,but for those raiding, I thought it might be useful info to have.

Aaah, the broke.
Note that what they actually are saying to do is a FULL UI reset, as opposed to just the /console reloadui. That means quitting the game and deleting your WTF, Cache, and Interface folders.
Which is a giant pain in the ass because that removes all mods and settings...however, effective.

You don't have to delete them. Renaming or moving them works just as well, and it keeps your files in a safe place so you can move them back rather than having to redo everything later.

Lin's dual spec is fairly borked. Right now it's showing him as 15/5/50, but he's still got his 51-point talent (Shockwave). In addition, he's missing talents (Devastate and Sword and Board) on the talent pane, but they're still on his button bar and spellbook, and still working.
