I have no idea what happened. I tried to log in to reactivate my account, but log-in failed after putting in my authenticator code in. After three fails, my authenticator locked. Blizzard support - once I finally got through - unlocked it and I could log in. No obvious missing anything, or problems... so, I have no idea. It was just weird.
