So i've been stock piling JC tokens. I have about 35 or so on hand right now. What gems do you high end raider folk need first?

Rouges and feral druids love agi, agi crit, agi stam and armor pen gems.

Edit: The big ones for rogues and druids as far as I know are the agi and armor pen ones. I'm also sure these apply to hunters as well.

Pure hit and crit gems are also a good bet seeing as how multiple classes use them... but I'd suggest getting them last thing because most people gear and don't gem for hit. Same with expertise.

Holy Paladins are generally looking for +int (Brilliant - Yellow), int/SP (Luminous - Orange) and SP/mp/5 (Royal - Purple) gems. Pretty much the same for Resto Shamans.

Plate DPS types will want Strength (Bold Cardinal), with a little less need for Str/Crit and Str/Stam to wiggle meta requirements and socket bonuses with all of the T9 (for Warriors at least) giving +Strength on every piece.

[Tarq]

Tanks want Solid and uh, more Solid.

And yeah, for Tarq pure Agi and Agi/Crit are gonna be the way to go. I'd suggest investing in Armor Pen as well because almost every phyiscal DPS class wants to start gemming for it at a certain gear level (a level much easier to reach with 3.2 badge gear.)
